A message from the Chairman

Welcome to Bolton Abbey Village Hall website. On behalf of the hall’s management committee, I look forward to welcoming future hirers to this beautiful Wharfedale location, on the Duke of Devonshire’s Estate.

These pages of information and photographs will provide you with an outline and summary of the hall’s history, current facilities and uses.

The village hall was built in 1980 using funds raised by local residents and organizations. It is a not-for-profit organization providing facilities which everybody, both from within the locality and from further afield, can enjoy for their own special purpose.
